It offers a typical phase jitter of 0.225 ps RMS over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and stability as low as ±15 ppm, with operating temperature support from -40°C to 105°C. The device is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm.
