The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for telecom, networking, and industrial applications requiring precise clocking in noisy environments. It is available in industry-standard 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm packages. The device features ±15 ppm frequency stability, 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. It integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies for immunity to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration. The part supports LVPECL, LVDS, or HCSL output signaling with programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm.
