The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with industry-standard package options of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It achieves 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typ) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and offers frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. The device supports extended industrial temperature range from -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate external LDO requirements. It features programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm and supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling.
