The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It features ±0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typ) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, and supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. Available in industry-standard packages including 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, it integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO and offers pull range options up to ±3200 ppm. The device uses SiTime's DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology for resistance to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
