The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, or 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It offers frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, a PM jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz, and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and supports pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. It delivers LVPECL, LVDS, or HCSL output signaling and uses SiTime's DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology for resistance to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
