It operates over extended temperature ranges from -55°C to +125°C with AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification, and offers frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm. The device supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, with typical current consumption of 3.8 mA at 1.8 V and 4.0 mA at 2.25 V to 3.63 V.
