The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator for applications requiring LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output, with five package sizes: 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm and supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. Typical current consumption is 3.5 mA at 1.8 V, with standby current as low as 0.6 µA. Startup time is 5 ms, and it includes an enable/disable feature for power savings. The device is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free.
