The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz-based XOs, with LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output. It supports 52 frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, operates from -40°C to 85°C, and draws 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. The device offers 1.62 V to 3.63 V supply voltage range, 5 ms startup time, and standby mode for low power consumption. It is available in industry-standard packages of 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. Frequency stability is ±20 ppm inclusive of initial tolerance, aging, temperature, supply voltage, and load variations. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free.
