The SiT1602BC-31-25N-20.000000 is a low-power LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible oscillator with a fixed frequency of 20.000000 MHz, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz oscillators. It operates from a supply voltage of 1.62 V to 3.63 V, consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V, and supports industrial temperature range from -40°C to 85°C.
