The SiT1569 is a µPower, ultra-small oscillator offering factory-programmable frequencies from 1 Hz to 462.5 kHz with ±50 ppm maximum frequency stability over temperature, voltage, and aging. It operates from 1.62 V to 3.63 V and draws 1.7 µA at 1 Hz and 10 µA at 462.5 kHz. The device features an LVCMOS output, no external bypass capacitors, and a 1.5 mm × 0.8 mm CSP package with 0.6 mm maximum height. It supports commercial and industrial temperature ranges and meets RoHS and REACH compliance. ESD protection complies with JESD22 standards.
