The SP8M8FRA is a dual-channel MOSFET with integrated N-channel and P-channel devices in an SOP8 package, designed for power switching and DC/DC converter applications. It is AEC-Q101 qualified and RoHS compliant. The N-channel MOSFET supports a maximum drain-source voltage of 30 V and continuous drain current of 6.0 A, while the P-channel variant supports -30 V and -4.5 A.
