The EMH51 is a dual NPN digital transistor with built-in bias resistors in a SOT-563 package, designed for switching, inverter, interface, and driver circuits. Each transistor element is independent, with a maximum collector current of 100 mA and a supply voltage rating of 50 V. The device has a power dissipation limit of 150 mW per package, with no more than 120 mW per element. Input resistance is 22 kΩ, and the package is compatible with EMT3 automatic mounting machines. The SOT-563 package measures 1.6 mm × 1.6 mm, and the part is supplied in 8 mm wide tape on a 180 mm reel in 8,000-unit quantities.
