DTC123JM is an NPN digital transistor with built-in bias resistors, designed for inverter, interface, and driver applications. It integrates bias resistors to eliminate the need for external input resistors, simplifying circuit design. The device is packaged in a VMT3 (1212) case and supports a collector current of up to 100 mA and a supply voltage of 50 V. Power dissipation is rated at 150 mW. Complementary PNP types are available in the DTA123J series.
DTC123JM is an digital transistor (Resistor built-in type transistor). Built-in bias resistors enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors.
These are the standard products of "digital transistors" which ROHM invented and marketed first in the world.
