PNP medium power transistors in a SOT223 (SC-73) surface-mounted plastic package, rated for a collector-emitter voltage of -45 V, a continuous collector current of -1 A, and a peak collector current of -2 A. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified and supports power dissipation up to 1.8 W on a 4-layer copper PCB with a 1 cm² collector pad. Current gain selections of 63-160 or 100-250 are available across the series. Applications include linear voltage regulators, MOSFET drivers, high-side switches, power management, and amplifiers.
