The TCN1-10+ is a 1:1 LTCC balun transformer designed for RF applications in the 680 to 1050 MHz range with a 50 Ω impedance. It features a miniature FV1206-1 surface-mount case measuring 0.12" × 0.06" × 0.037", operates from -55°C to 100°C, and handles up to 5 W input RF power with linear derating to 2.5 W at 100°C. Insertion loss is typically 0.7 dB at 800-900 MHz, with amplitude unbalance under 0.85 dB and phase unbalance under 1.78° across the band. It is aqueous washable and RoHS compliant.
