The TC4-25+ is a surface-mount RF transformer designed for impedance matching in the 500 to 2500 MHz range with a 4:1 impedance ratio and 50 ohm system impedance. It features a balanced transmission line with a secondary center tap and a case style AT224-1A measuring 3.81 x 3.81 x 4.06 mm. Insertion loss is 1.0 dB typ. at 750-1200 MHz and 2.0 dB typ. at 500-2500 MHz. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C, with a maximum RF power of 0.25 W and DC current of 30 mA. The component includes a Top Hat™ feature for faster pick-and-place and visual identification, is aqueous washable, and supports PCB mounting with pin connections for primary and secondary windings.
