The TC4-1T+ is a surface-mount RF transformer designed for impedance matching in the 0.5 to 300 MHz range, with a 1:4 impedance ratio and 50 Ω system impedance. It is housed in a plastic base with leads in the AT224-1A case style, measuring 3.81 × 3.81 × 4.06 mm. The device supports an operating temperature range of -20°C to +85°C and a maximum RF power of 0.25 W. Insertion loss is 0.62 dB at 300 MHz, with input return loss exceeding 14 dB across the band. It is aqueous washable and features a Top Hat® design for improved pick-and-place handling and visual identification. The PCB land pattern is specified with ±0.05 mm tolerance.
