PGA-122-75+ is a monolithic amplifier fabricated using E-pHEMT technology for wideband applications up to 1500 MHz with 75Ω impedance, offering a typical gain of 15.6 dB and noise figure of 2.9 dB at 0.5 GHz. It provides a typical output IP3 of +43.2 dBm and output P1dB of 73.1 dBmV at 0.5 GHz, supporting CATV, DOCSIS 3.1, GPON, and MOCA systems. The device is enclosed in a SOT-89 package with an exposed paddle for improved thermal performance, operates from +8.5 to +9.5 V, draws 115 to 140 mA, and is rated for operation from -40°C to +85°C. It meets MSL1 moisture sensitivity level, HBM Class 1A ESD rating, and is RoHS compliant with SnAgNi lead finish.
PGA-122-75+ (RoHS compliant) is an advanced wideband amplifier fabricated using E-pHEMT technology and offers extremely high dynamic range over a broad frequency range with low noise figure and flat gain. Lead finish is SnAgNi. It has repeatable performance from lot to lot and is enclosed in a SOT-89 package for very good thermal performance.
