The Optris CTlaser F2 is an infrared thermometer for non-contact temperature measurement of CO2 flame gases in combustion processes, garbage incineration, or chemical reactors, with a temperature range of 200 °C to 1450 °C and a spectral range of 4.24 μm. It features a 45:1 optical resolution, double laser aiming, and an IP65-rated stainless steel sensor head rated for ambient temperatures up to 85 °C without cooling. The sensor head weighs 600 g and supports analog outputs (0/4-20 mA, 0-5/10 V, thermocouple J/K) and digital interfaces (USB, RS232, RS485, CAN, Profibus DP, Ethernet). It operates on 8-36 V DC and includes programmable signal processing, emissivity adjustment, and laser control via software.
