Custom MMIC Distributed Amplifier CMD238

The CMD238 is a wideband GaAs MMIC distributed RF / Microwave amplifier ideally suited for military, space, and communications systems where small size and high linearity are needed over a wide bandwidth. At 10 GHz the device delivers 14 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +26 dBm and a 2nd harmonic level of -33 dBc. The CMD238 amplifier is a 50 ohm matched design which eliminates the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. The CMD238 MMIC also offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection.
