Custom MMIC Ultra-low Noise Amplifier CMD229

The CMD229 is a broadband GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier ideally suited for microwave radios and C and X band applications where high gain, low noise figure, and low power consumption are critical design requirements. The broadband device delivers 27 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +13 dBm and a noise figure of 1.4 dB. The CMD229 LNA MMIC is a 50 ohm matched design eliminating the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. The CMD229 also offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection.
