BinMaster’s VRX41 vibrating probe level sensor with pipe extension has been revamped with a bright, built-in LED status indicator to make monitoring levels and plugged chutes easier than ever. Now available with IECEx/ATEX Zone 20 and 21 approvals!
The VRX41 is mounted at the top of a bin, tank, silo, or vessel with 1 1/4" or 1 1/2" NPT threads. Its design features a rigid pipe extension that can be extended from 13” to 13’ (33.02 cm to 3.96 m) with a robust sword-shaped vibrating probe.
The sensor utilizes a 24 VDC or 115/230 VAC power supply and operates in temperatures up to 140°F (60°C). (High-temperature probe up to 284°F/140°C available)
By providing reliable level and plugged chute alerts, users can prevent overfilling their vessel and ensure materials are flowing as intended, reducing the risk of operational downtime due to blockages or obstructions.
VRX41 features DPDT relay contacts, allowing the user to preset two switching outputs—such as to “covered” and “uncovered”—plus configurable time delay settings and selectable fail-safe protection.
