The MRF448 is an NPN silicon RF power transistor designed for high-power linear amplification in the 2.0 to 30 MHz range, with a specified output power of 250 W at 30 MHz and a supply voltage of 50 V. It provides a minimum gain of 12 dB and 45% efficiency, with maximum intermodulation distortion of -30 dB at 250 W PEP. The device is 100% tested for load mismatch under 3:1 VSWR across all phase angles and is housed in a CASE 211-11, STYLE 1 package. It is intended for use in marine and base station equipment.
