The Model 23 is a temperature-compensated, piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor in a TO-8 package, designed for gage and differential pressure measurements with a 0-100 mV output via current excitation. It operates over a compensated temperature range of 0°C to 50°C and an extended operating range of -40°C to +125°C. Performance includes ±0.1% nonlinearity, ±0.05% hysteresis, and a span output of 75 to 150 mV depending on range. It supports pressure ranges from 0-2 to 0-250 psi, with a standard supply current of 1.5 mA and long-term stability of ±0.2% Span over one year. The sensor is compatible with non-corrosive dry gases and weighs 3 grams.
