The ALD810029SCLI is a quad supercapacitor auto-balancing MOSFET array in a 16-pin SOIC package measuring 9.80 to 10.00 mm in length and 3.50 to 4.05 mm in width, designed to balance up to four series-connected supercapacitors by actively regulating leakage currents. Each of the four integrated MOSFETs has a precise gate threshold voltage of 2.90 V at 1 µA drain-source current and exhibits exponential current control from below 0.3 nA to over 1000 µA, with a drain-source voltage rating of 10.6 V and maximum operating current of 80 mA. It operates over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and meets RoHS requirements. The device requires no external components and maintains near-zero leakage at voltages 0.3 V below threshold.
