The UH5-100G-640 is a red laser diode module emitting 100 mW continuous wave at 640 nm, designed for alignment, measurement, and automation applications. It features an adjustable elliptical collimated beam with divergence less than 1 mrad and a minimum spot size under 100 μm at distances under 10 inches. Mounted in a 12 mm diameter by 51 mm long anodized aluminum housing, it operates on 3.3 to 5 V DC with less than 140 mA current and includes auto power control with ESD and reverse polarity protection. The module has a Class IIIB laser rating, wavelength drift of 0.2 nm/°C, and power stability under 1% with a heat sink. Operating temperature ranges from +10°C to +50°C, with storage from -40°C to +80°C. A 200 mm cable with red and black leads is included, and a heat sink is recommended for extended use.
UH-Series Laser modules are fully self-contained with integrated laser driver circuit, surface polished glass aspherical lens optics and laser diode.

Our standard lasers come with adjustable focus lenses and preset power. Power variable options are available upon request. TTL modulation and circular beam options can be added to the UH series lasers.
