The UCL5-0.4G-635-25 is a Class 1 laser module that generates a 25-degree cross-line pattern using a 635 nm single-mode laser diode with output power less than 0.4 mW. It operates on 3 to 5 V DC with a current draw under 30 mA and includes automatic power control. The module has a compact anodized aluminum body measuring 10.5 mm in diameter and 30 mm in length, with a 380 mm cable. Beam divergence is under 1 mrad, and wavelength drift is 0.2 nm/°C. Operating temperature ranges from +10°C to +40°C, with storage from -40°C to +80°C. An external heat sink is recommended for extended use. The case has reverse polarity and ESD protection, and the line thickness is adjustable to under 1 mm at 1 meter distance.
