The UCH5-7G-635-25 is a red laser cross-line module designed for alignment and targeting applications, emitting a 635 nm wavelength with 7 mW optical output power. It features a 25-degree full fan angle, adjustable focus, and a minimum line thickness of less than 1 mm up to 1 meter distance. The module operates on 3-5 V DC with less than 80 mA current draw and maintains laser power stability under <1% when used with a heat sink. It is a Class 2 laser with continuous operation and single-mode structure, packaged in a cylindrical housing measuring 12 mm in diameter and 55 mm in length. The operating temperature range is +10°C to +40°C, and a heat sink is recommended for extended use. The case is electrically connected to the circuit and must not be damaged. The laser emits visible radiation that can cause eye damage if viewed directly.
