The UCH5-20G-520-25 is a green cross-line laser module emitting at 520 nm with 20 mW output power, designed for alignment and targeting applications. It features a 25-degree full fan angle, a single-mode laser structure, and a divergence of less than 1 mrad. The module operates on 5 V DC with a current under 250 mA, and includes automatic power control. The laser is rated Class 3R, with a wavelength drift of 0.2 nm/°C and power stability under 1% when used with a heat sink. Minimum line thickness is less than 1 mm up to 1 meter distance. The device is housed in a cylindrical case measuring 12 mm in diameter and 55 mm in length, with a 200 mm cable, and requires a heat sink for extended operation. It functions between +10°C and +40°C and is protected against ESD and reverse polarity.
