TECRL-670-USB is a thermo-electrically cooled red laser module operating at 670 nm with an output power range of 0.4 to 10 mW, designed for applications requiring stable power and low noise, such as bioanalytical, measurement, and confocal microscopy. It features an integrated TEC and laser controller, USB interface, and operates from a 3.3 V DC supply with a maximum current of 1 A. The module has a cylindrical form factor measuring 25.3 mm in diameter and 76.2 mm in length, with beam divergence less than 0.5 mrad and pointing stability under ±10 mrad. It complies with CDRH 21CFR1040.10 as Class II and IIIA, operates between +10°C and +40°C, and requires a heat sink for optimal performance.
