TECIRL-730 is an infrared laser diode module emitting at 730 ± 5 nm with an optical output power of 10-30 mW, designed for bioanalytical, measurement, and imaging applications. It features an integrated thermoelectric cooler maintaining temperature stability within ±0.01°C and laser power stability better than 0.5%. The module operates on 3.3 V DC with a current under 1.2 A, has a circular collimated beam of 5 mm diameter, elliptical beam shape, and divergence under 1 mrad. It exhibits RMS noise below 0.5% and warm-up time under 1 minute. The package measures 25.3 mm in diameter by 76.2 mm in length and operates from +10°C to +40°C. A heat sink is recommended for extended use.
