The HPL series is a line of green laser line modules for measurement, automation, and alignment. Each emits a 520 nm laser line with adjustable or fixed focus, less than 1 mm thick at 2 m distance, and down to 0.5 mm at 0.5 m. Optical output power ranges from 5 mW to 50 mW. Operating voltage is 3-5 VDC with a maximum current of 150 mA. The module measures 15 mm in diameter by 60 mm in length and requires a heat sink for extended use. Stability is below 1% when properly cooled. Fan angles available are 4°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 75°, and 90°, with laser class dependent on angle. Operating temperature ranges from +10°C to +30°C. Electrical connections use red (+) and black (-) leads with a 200 mm cable.
HPL series green and blue laser uniform line modules are fully self contained with a laser diode, control circuit and optics. High quality powell lenses provide superior quality uniform line without hot spots.
HPL series green lasers are more visible than red lasers and are suitable for projection on hot metal or wood surfaces. TTL modulation option can be added to all HPL Series lasers.
