The M160UFG is an axial-lead, hermetically sealed glass diode rated for 16,000 V maximum working reverse voltage and 10 mA average forward current. It has a reverse recovery time of 100 ns and a typical junction capacitance of 0.5 pF at 25°C. The device operates from -65°C to +175°C and is mounted with a lead length of 0.375 inches. Its maximum forward voltage at rated current is 35.0 V, and it handles a peak surge current of 1.0 A. Thermal resistance is 33 °C/W for lead temperatures up to 55°C and 45 °C/W for lead temperatures of 100°C.
