JANTXV1N6525 is a hermetically sealed axial-lead high voltage diode rated for 5000 V reverse voltage and 150 mA average rectified current, with a reverse recovery time of 70 ns and a junction capacitance of 3.0 pF at 25°C. It features a maximum forward voltage drop of 3.0 V at 150 mA, a surge current capability of 150 A for 8.3 ms, and operates from -65°C to +175°C. The device is packaged in a glass hermetic case with a lead length of 0.200 in (5.08 mm) minimum and 0.260 in (6.60 mm) maximum, and has a thermal impedance of 2.00 °C/W. The diode meets JANTXV qualification standards.
