Newport MKS Fiber-Optic Receiver, NIR, 12 GHz, FC Multimode 1544-A-50

Description
The 1544-A-50 Near-IR Fiber-Optic Receiver is ideal for applications that require high sensitivity, high speed, and clean responses. It offers clean responses and 32-ps rise times making it well-suited for time-domain characterization of 10-Gbit/s components. Its high gain and well-behaved frequency response also make it useful for frequency-domain measurements. For higher responsivity from 800-1650 nm, this photoreceiver has a 50 µm core multimode fiber input and consists of our new, improved InGaAs PIN photodiodes followed by GaAs HBT amplifiers. An external power supply, which must be purchased separately, is required – we recommend our power supply. Power supply cables and are included with each detector.
