The PIG® Poly IBC Tote Spill Containment Pallet, part number PAK735, is designed to hold one Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) with dimensions of 62" W x 62" L x 26" H and a sump capacity of 360 gallons. Constructed from low-density polyethylene (LDPE), it is resistant to rust, corrosion, and most chemicals, making it suitable for long-term storage of IBCs. The pallet features a molded-in sump that captures leaks and spills, aiding in regulatory compliance and maintaining clean storage areas. The design includes textured grating that accommodates various IBC sizes and can be easily removed for sump access. It allows for two-way forklift and pallet jack entry, facilitating movement when unloaded. An optional 0.75" drain plug is available for convenient sump drainage without the need to remove the IBC or grating. The pallet has a load capacity of 8,000 lbs and weighs 244 lbs. It is not suitable for use with flammable liquids.
