Mini-Circuits’ ZSW2-272VHDR+ is a 50 Ω high power SPDT RF switch covering a broad frequency range from 30 to 2700 MHz with low insertion loss, and very high linearity. The ZSW2-272VHDR+ operates on a single supply voltage from +2.3 V to +3.6 V with single pin control. The ZSW2-272VHDR+ comes in a rugged package and is available both with heatsink (2.025” x 1.63” x 1.89”) and without heatsink (2.0” x 1.5” x 0.6”).
