The TCW2-63+ is a ceramic balun RF transformer with a 1:2 impedance ratio, designed for use between 4900 and 5875 MHz in applications such as WLAN, WiFi, and radar. It features a miniature 0603 (1.6 × 0.8 mm) package with LTCC construction, operates from -55°C to 100°C, and supports up to 0.5 W RF power. Typical insertion loss is 1.1 dB across the band, with amplitude unbalance of 0.4 dB and phase unbalance of 4 degrees maximum. The device is aqueous washable and has a solderable land pattern compatible with standard PCB assembly.
