The optris CT LT is a compact infrared temperature sensor with 22:1 optical resolution, measuring temperatures from -50 °C to 975 °C depending on the model variant. It features a sensing head weighing 40 g and electronics weighing 420 g, with an IP65 environmental rating and operation up to 180 °C ambient temperature without cooling. The sensor provides selectable analog outputs including 0/4-20 mA, 0-5 V, 0-10 V, or thermocouple type K/J, and supports optional digital interfaces such as USB, RS485, RS232, Profibus DP, and Ethernet. It includes two optically isolated relay outputs, programmable emissivity and gain settings, and a response time of 150 ms. The system accuracy is ±1% or ±1 °C, whichever is greater, and repeatability is ±0.5% or ±0.5 °C at 23 °C ambient. The sensor is powered by 8-36 V DC and complies with IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 for vibration and shock resistance.
The pyrometer optris CT LT is equipped with one of the world's smallest infrared sensors with a high optical resolution of 22:1. Additionally, it offers a high variability due to selectable analog outputs as well as several digital interfaces in the electronics box.
