The CTratio 1M is a rugged fiber-optic ratio pyrometer for non-contact temperature measurement from 450 °C to 3000 °C. It features a Vario focus adjustable from 150 mm to infinity with optical resolutions of 38:1 or 100:1, a green laser for targeting, and Smart Ratio Mode for adaptive emissivity compensation. The sensing head and fiber-optic cable withstand ambient temperatures up to 315 °C without cooling, and the unit has an IP65 rating. It provides two 0/4-20 mA analog outputs, a 1 ms response time, and operates on 8-30 V DC or USB power. The sensor head weighs 210 g with a 3 m cable, and the electronics weigh 420 g.
