2998TR is a surface mount coin cell retainer for 6.8mm batteries, constructed from 0.010 inch (0.25 mm) phosphor bronze with tin-nickel plating. It features a solder tail designed for increased joint strength and is available on tape and reel with 24 mm tape width, 12 mm pitch, and 13 inch reels holding 1000 pieces. The retainer securely holds batteries against shock and vibration while maintaining low contact resistance through reliable spring tension. It is compatible with battery types MC621, V364, SC621, DR13H, D377, and V13AT.
