The 1291-79 is an aluminum 9-volt battery holder designed for alkaline snap-fit cells with a thickness of 0.812 inches (20.6 mm), featuring solder terminals and polarity marking for quick installation and replacement. It supports standard 9-volt batteries regardless of brand or shape, with male-female snap-in terminals ensuring positive contact and correct polarity. The holder withstands severe shock and vibration, operates from -40°C to +130°C, and is impervious to most industrial solvents.
