The SANTEST GYSE-S is an all-in-one linear displacement probe with SSI output, offering resolutions from 0.1mm to 0.001mm and repeatability of ±0.001%FS (minimum ±3μm). It features a detachable probe element with M24xP1 thread, operates with +24VDC power, and supports sampling rates up to 3.75kHz depending on rod length. The probe has an IP67 rating, operates from -20°C to +75°C, and withstands 15G vibration and 100G shock. Output is 24-bit binary or Gray code, with an open-drain alarm for lost magnet detection. A captive software tool allows zero and gain adjustments on-site. The housing is aluminum alloy with a stainless steel rod, and the cable connects via a 6-pin connector with shield connected to FG. Accuracy specifications apply to strokes of 300mm or more, with shorter strokes matching the same tolerances.
SANTEST's GYSE-probe is an all-in-one type sensor with positional resolution up to 1μm. Posiiton output is Analogue, SSI, or Incremental. Velocity output is optional and is available for Analog type. The positional difference between 2 magnets can be observable as well. This allows quick and easy sensor cartridge replacement. Sensor parameters (zero, full-scale or range) can be adjusted by using the Windows programming software (ISO9141).
