The CHI03L Series is a family of miniature latching relays with a 12A to 20A contact rating, available in 1 Form A (SPST) or 1 Form C (SPDT) configurations. It features a flux-tight or wash-tight sealed enclosure, measuring 29.3mm × 12.7mm × 15.3mm, and uses Ag alloy contacts. Coil operating voltages range from 3 to 48VDC, with single-coil latching at 400mW and dual-coil latching at 600mW. The relay supports switching up to 277VAC and 20A for resistive loads, with a mechanical endurance of 1,000,000 operations and electrical endurance up to 30,000 operations at 20A. It complies with cULus, TUV, and CQC standards, and meets RoHS and REACH SvHC requirements. The relay operates between -40°C and +85°C, with an approximate weight of 14g and PCB terminal termination.
