The CHDR series is a 100A to 150A DC power relay for industrial and inverter precharging applications, with a 1 Form X contact arrangement and PCB mounting. It measures 47.6mm × 40.0mm × 45.1mm and weighs 165g. Coil voltages are 12VDC, 24VDC, or 48VDC, with a coil power of 3.2W and operate/release times of 30ms max. Contact ratings are 150A at 60VDC (9000W) or 100A at 48VDC (4800W) for resistive loads. Contact gap is 3.6mm min., and initial contact resistance is 100mΩ max. Mechanical endurance is 1,000,000 cycles, electrical endurance up to 3,000 cycles. Insulation resistance is 1,000MΩ min. at 500VDC, with 4,000VAC dielectric strength between coil and contacts. The device meets UL/cUL and TUV requirements and is RoHS and REACH SvHC compliant, operating from -40°C to +85°C.
