The CHZ02 Series is a 16A miniature power relay available in 1 Form A (SPST) or 1 Form C (SPDT) contact arrangements, designed for use in appliances, power supplies, and industrial control systems. It features PCB terminals, a compact size of 29.2mm × 12.8mm × 20.9mm, and weighs approximately 13g. The relay supports coil voltages from 5VDC to 48VDC with sensitive (540mW) or standard (720mW) power options, and operates at ambient temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. It meets cULus, TUV, and CQC requirements, has a 5,000VAC dielectric strength between coil and contact, a 10,000V surge voltage withstand, and an insulation resistance of 1,000MΩ min. Contact ratings are 16A at 250VAC or 30VDC with Ag alloy contacts. Enclosure options include vented (RTII) and sealed (RTIII) types with 94V-0 flammability rating.
