CHEV-NA120 is a 120A high-voltage direct current relay designed for energy storage systems, charging piles, solar inverters, and construction machinery. It features ceramic brazing sealed technology with hydrogen gas filling to ensure low and stable contact resistance, and meets IP67 protection for the contact section. Rated for continuous operation at 85°C with a switching voltage up to 1000VDC and maximum breaking current of 1200A at 450VDC, it includes one main and one auxiliary Form A contact rated at 30VDC, 2A. The relay has an operating time of ≤25ms and release time of ≤15ms, with electrical endurance of 6000 operations under resistive load and mechanical endurance of 2×10⁵ cycles. It complies with IEC 60664-1 for insulation and dielectric strength requirements, rated at 3.0kV between coil and contacts. The device weighs approximately 211g and is mounted horizontally or vertically using M4 screws with a torque of 2.2N·m max.
