The CHPV-S20 is a 20A high voltage DC relay designed for use in energy storage systems, solar inverters, and charging piles. It features ceramic brazing sealed technology with hydrogen gas filling to minimize contact oxidation and ensure low, stable contact resistance. The relay has a 1 Form A contact arrangement, rated for continuous current up to 20A at 85°C and switching up to 1500VDC with a maximum breaking current of 200A at 1000VDC. It meets IEC 60664-1 with 4.0kV dielectric strength between coil and contacts and an insulation resistance of 1000MΩ at 1000VDC. The package is mounted via M5 screw with a torque of 3-4 N·m, weighs 140g, and operates across -40°C to 85°C. Coil options include 12VDC and 24VDC with QC terminals, and both coil and load terminals use QC connections. Mechanical endurance is 2×10⁵ operations, and electrical life reaches 10⁴ operations at 1000VDC/15A resistive load.
