The CHEV-P100 is a 100A high voltage direct current relay designed for applications such as new energy vehicles, charging points, photovoltaic systems, and industrial power. It features ceramic brazing sealing with hydrogen fill to ensure arc containment, low stable contact resistance, and IP67 protection. The relay handles 450 Vd.c. or 750 Vd.c. with a switching power rating of 45 kW or 75 kW respectively, and a maximum breaking current of 1000 A at 300 Vd.c. Contact resistance is ≤75 mΩ at 100 A, with insulation resistance of 1000 MΩ at 1000 Vd.c. and dielectric strength of 4.0 kV between coil and contacts. It operates within -40℃ to 85℃ ambient temperature and uses M4 screw terminals. Physical dimensions are 76.0 mm × 36.0 mm × 66.8 mm, with a weight of approximately 280 g.
