Churod Americas, Inc. 50A HVDC Relay CHDR1-50

The CHDR1 series is a 50A DC relay for high-voltage switching in EV and industrial applications, mounted on PCB with dimensions 38mm × 29.8mm × 33.6mm and weighing 70g. It features a single-pole normally open contact (1A SPDM) rated for 500 Vd.c. and 50 A resistive load, with electrical life of 300 operations at 50 A and 3000 at 40 A. Coil voltages range from 9 to 110 VDC, all consuming 2 W. The relay is epoxy sealed for RTII environmental protection and complies with IEC61810, IEC60664, RoHS, and REACH SvHC. Operating temperature is -40℃ to 85℃, humidity 5% to 85% RH. Contact material is AnSnO2. Dielectric strength is 2500 Va.c. between contacts and 3500 Va.c. between coil and contacts. Insulation resistance is 1000 MΩ at 1000 Vd.c. Operate time ≤25ms, release time ≤10ms.
